Relations with the co-ownership, representation, and follow-up
We represent your interests within the co-ownership, saving you from having to deal directly with the property manager. As your local representative, we maintain regular contact with the property manager to stay informed of decisions, work, or projects concerning the building. We represent you at general meetings of co-owners and ensure that your voice is heard, in accordance with your instructions. You will receive a detailed report of the meetings and a follow-up on the decisions taken. We also take care of checking service charges: verifying their accuracy, explaining the items of expenditure, and contesting them if necessary. In the event of work voted on or in progress in the common areas, we monitor its progress and inform you of any potential impacts.

Analysis and comparison of assets
Once the search mandate has been entrusted, Real Estate Caretaking’s mission is to select properties by visiting them and comparing their attributes with your list of criteria.
However, it must go further and bring its expertise to bear, analyzing all the information on the condition of the property (surface area, electricity, plumbing, energy performance, etc.). It will also explore the property’s surroundings. It must also pay attention to the management of the condominium, particularly the common areas.

We help you draw up an accident report and take care of reporting the incident to your insurance company. During the assessor’s visits organized by the insurer, we can represent you, defend your interests, and ensure that the damage is fairly assessed. Once compensation has been accepted, we will monitor the repair work: requesting quotes, selecting contractors, planning the work, and ensuring that it is carried out properly.
